Nutrition Counseling

Medical Nutrition Therapy

As a licensed Registered Dietitian, it is within my clinical scope of practice to offer Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). MNT is an evidence-based, individualized nutrition process meant to help prevent and treat various medical conditions or diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, etc.

Diet Prescriptions

There is no one-size-fits-all diet that works for everyone. Your diet, simply what you eat and drink, should not be complicated. I want you to enjoy what you eat while still having the foods you like. That’s why every diet and plan that I create is both realistic and sustainable.

Exercise Prescriptions

Whether you have never exercised before or are an athlete, I’ve got you. I will go over everything you need to reach those short- and long-term goals. My dual expertise in nutrition and exercise physiology allows me to craft fitness programs that align perfectly with your nutritional goals, boosting your health from all angles.

Stress Management

There are two kinds of stress: good stress and negative stress. Good stress is that excited feeling before a race or how you feel after a good workout. On the contrary, negative stress contains all the other less-than-ideal situations that raise cortisol and could cause other bad things to happen in the body. My holistic approach to wellness includes strategies for coping with these stressors, ensuring that your mental health is prioritized as well as your physical health.
